Killarney is world renowned for some very good reasons.
It has miles of breathtaking National Parks containing beautiful mountain ranges, crystal lakes and an array of wildlife from deer to the elusive red squirrel. Our Things to Do page lists only a selection of the adventures and activities and there is something to suit whatever pace you are after.
Killarney Town Centre in itself is an attraction with quaint coffee shops, quirky galleries and traditional pubs it has really maintained a small town feel. You will find the locals quiet proud of their town which is reflected in winning the national title of Ireland’s Tidiest Large town last year.
Venture outside Killarney and you will find a myriad of places to see and things to do. The world renowned Ring of Kerry scenic route (which we are on) will bring you alongside Atlantic sea cliffs to historic oak forests. Great shopping, museums and adventure sports are all a possibility.
Killarney and Kerry (the county we are in) boasts an array of events and festivals ranging from the worldwide televised Rose of Tralee to Quest Adventure Series.
