Check In & Check Out

Check in is normally from 4pm and departure is on or before 10 a.m. This very often may be flexible with prior arrangement.

Booking Deposit

We require a 50% deposit within 10 days to fully secure your booking with us (taken by card or bank transfer).  Your final balance can be paid for in advance or on arrival by cash.

Cancellations

You can cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival with no cancellation charge. If you cancel within 4 weeks we will do our best to resell your dates but if unable your deposit will serve as a cancellation charge.

Security Deposit

We require a €100 security deposit on arrival. This will be fully refunded to you on departure once the Bell Tent and facilities are left in an acceptable and undamaged condition.

Liability

We cannot take responsibility for any loss of, or damage to our guests’ property.

We do have heating and as much bed linen as required. The outdoor kitchen has a roof on it so can be used most of the year. In the unlikely event of very adverse conditions we reserve the right to try source alternative accommodation rather than compromise the quality of your experience with us.
